Do you know how the new CIPC amendments will impact your company?

Join us on Thursday 22 February as Nelene Naicker - Managing Director at Artemis Group will break down the latest CIPC amendments.

This event presents a great opportunity for SMEs to stay updated on the ins and outs of doing business in South Africa.

Last December, the Companies and Intellectual Property Commission (CIPC) implemented a new “identity verification and multi-factor authentication” process for director amendments, challenging the traditional methods of company registration and compliance.

During the event we will review the following topics:

  • Step-by-Step Guide on the new director amendments process
  • Updating director passport numbers
  • Updating director details and invalid SA ID numbers
  • Process to validate a foreign passport (Foreigner Assurance)
  • Back-Office Appointments and Registrations
  • Q&A session that covers the common challenges experienced by clients

The session will be followed by a networking event where SMEs have an opportunity to connect and exchange with their peer.

Save the date and mark your calendars for this enlightening event!
